FUTURE PLANS

This organization has built a school building in 27th, January 2008 at Chepang village Peeda-6, Dhading District. Thought, stone is available in local area, it is impossible to make a school building form the local stones due to possibility of landslide (stone are not good quality). So it is necessary to use brick to make the school building. Giving direct fund to the community may cause miss use of the fund. So a monitoring system has been developed during the construction of school building. If more classrooms are made in the future, the number of students will coming to school (may rise many student). If the donor supports to make more rooms to accommodate the increased number of student (for rural development it is very useful), technicians and construction materials including rod, brocks, cement should be brought to the building construction site from Kathmandu, which increases the budget of the project.

About School Building Construction

Our organization has very good experience in school building construction. We have plan to construct the school building especially in remote areas where children of very poor parents, orphans, disables and underprivileged children are being deprived from the opportunity of  education or who are in desperate need of good school building. Any donor or foundations who are interested to donate for the school building construction can contact our organization. We can provide all required information for the school building construction. After the completion of building, we can forward the photo and video recording of the constructed buildings.

Matters Concern About Budget

• Experience is needed to build school building.
• Budget should be made to build school building according to the numbers of students.
• Budget differs according to the locality where the school building is going to be constructed.
• Budget will depends on transportation of stones and mud while constructing the school.
• Budget also depends on cement, bricks and rods while constructing the school.

 Clarification

• If the school building costs more than the estimated amount of money, there will be included supper visor cost and official cost.
• Supervisor cost and official cost will be written differently. If the raw materials for constructing school building is formed in the right cost.
• But this organization writes its expenses of constructing school building and supervisor cost and official management expenses will be written differently.
• This organization doesn’t construct the school building without supervisor cost and official cost.
• If any DONORS/Foundations are interested to help for constructing school building, this organization would be happy to provide information.

To establish Rehabilition Center

If any donor or sponsor wants to support wants to supports we will establish a rehabilitation center for the children who are form deprived community helpless, orphans, disable and HIV infected children an we will provide them free quality education, free good health care, free food and lodging.

Our organization has made a detailed research and study about rehabilitation center. Establishing rehabilitation center is impossible by the donation of single Nepali individual. It is possible only with continual donation by some international foundation or donor. There are many child care centers which are established in Nepal without such bases. They have put lives of children in jeopardy. The malpractice of such child care centers has badly troubled children with bad food, lack of proper health care and many other problems. If any foundation or donor wills to donate for the establishment of good rehabilitation center, we will work for it. However, we will not start it unless we find capable donor.

Since there are many children who are disable and orphan in countries like Nepal, the establishment good rehabilitation centers would help and change the lives of hundreds of helpless children. Due to the growing food crisis and terrible food price hike, children of countries like Nepal are badly affected. Therefore, in order to save children from starvation and malnutrition and to provide them lodging, food, health care and quality education, establishment of good rehabilitation center is essential. So, our organization is in search of capable donor for this purpose. Interested donor who can fulfill requirements can work with us. Once we establish such rehabilitation center, all updated information will be uploaded in our website for public information.

Objectives to establish a children’s home:
This organization has aimed to establish a children’s home to provide hygienic food, health facilities and quality education for orphan and handicapped children who are socially and economically deprived in Nepal.

• Deprived from education due to poverty, drug addiction, gambling and alcoholism of parents
• Orphans who have been tortured by their step mother
• HIV/AIDS infected children who have been stigmatized in society and school

Child Center teaching process for personality development to be a self-dependent
• Early to bed and early to rise habit development
• Teaching healthy and hygienic habits like brushing teeth, bathing
• Respect to elders and love to younger
• Teaching philanthropic contributions of Mother Teresa, Florence Nightingale and other great personalities
• Developing self-reliant habits like cleaning own cloths and setting own beds for the children who are more than 10 years old
• Teaching music and dance as extra activities

Planning for a children home
• Children Home environment will be neat and clean
• Children will be dressed with neat and clean clothes

• Netting of each window to protect from mosquito bite
• Strictly prohibited to demoralize the children by employers

Monitoring System
• Periodic assessment of educational achievement of children

Children Home Management System
• 25 children will be rehabilitated in children home
• Additional beds will be made in children home for accommodation
• If communicable diseases are seen in any child, he/she will be transferred to separate room for treatment
• National and international social workers can visit children home
• White and blue colored bed sheets and curtains will be arranged in children home
• Arrangement of an extra power supply if there is a power cut to continue the children’s study without disturbance
• Dashain, Tihar and Charismas festivals will be celebrated to amuse the children
• Sufficient playing goods will be arranged
• Only children below 19 years will be allowed to rehabilitate in children home
• As the development of children home continues computer education will be provided to children
• Two security guards will be hired for the security purpose

Reasons for establishing a children home with the help of foreign foundation/donors
There are many children homes in Nepal but only a few have got fund from foundation/donors. However, many children homes were opened with registration in Nepal government, in reality no Nepalese people can run a single children home with own fund. Many were opened assuming that they will get foreign donation in future, which is the main cause of lack of quality food, accommodation and quality education in those children homes. So this organization has planned to open a children home with close coordination and help from foundation/donors.

Reporting
Progress reports will be sent in three months, in six moths and in a year.
